Say cheese! Madison College to host World Dairy Expo Championship

Milk. Cheese. Butter. Ice cream.

Folks in Wisconsin and across the country love their dairy products and this year's World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest at Madison College will include two new favorites - cheese curds and cheese snacks. 

The three-day contest, which started in 2003, is expected to draw more than 1,550 dairy products from 28 states.

JUDGING SCHEDULE
Tuesday, Aug. 23, Cheese and Butter
Wednesday, Aug. 24, Grade A Products 
Thursday, Aug. 25, Ice Cream and Whey
