Baking and Decorative Arts alumnae Ellen Coatney and Ashley Borchardt are featured in the current issue of Edible Madison magazine.
Ellen shares her recipes for Chocolate Cinnamon Cake with Spiced Orange Whipped Cream and Espresso Nut Shortbread with White Chocolate Ganache.
Meanwhile, Ashley showcases exquisite jams from her business Blue Violet Jams and Jellies.
