Nursing Assistant Pre-Registration Workshop

We will help you complete the necessary steps to get ready for our Nursing Assistant Program.

• Create your Madison College account
• Create your Castlebranch account, used for the background check and health checklist
  • Cost is $56 and must be paid online with a credit card
  • Visit https://discover.castlebranch.com/ and use package code MJ17
• Access and navigate the Wisconsin Immunization Registry
  • Social Security number needed
  • Immunization docs will be uploaded to Castlebranch.
• Chat with our Nursing faculty about career paths
• Tour our campus

No registration is required. Simply come to the Reedsburg campus and get started on your healthcare career.
