UW Madison

Details
This articulation agreement applies to graduates of the WTCS system-wide Associate Degree Nursing program from May 1996 and after. These graduates are eligible to receive a minimum of 60 college transfer credits to be applied to the Bachelor in Nursing degree at a UW System BSN@HOME under the terms of this agreement. These credits may include no more than thirty credits from the WTCS System-wide Nursing curriculum and thirty credits of general education courses. In addition to these sixty credits, some additional credit form WTCS may also be transferable.
Liberal Arts Transfer
Details
This agreement is in the form of a contract. Students who are eligible to sign the contract and meet the terms of the contract will be guaranteed admission to UW Madison College of Letters and Sciences. Students who do not participate in the transfer contract are eligible and welcome to apply to UW Madison through the regular transfer admissions process.

Edgewood College

Details
Students interested in this plan should meet with their program advisor to learn more about the Civil Engineering-Physics pathway. Students who complete this pathway and the Civil Engineering Associates of Applied Science pathway will be eligible to have up to 64 credits transferred in to Edgewood, including 24 credits in the major.

Students who complete the associates degree and pathway may have up to 64 credits applied toward completion of a physics degree with an electrical engineering emphasis including 24 credits in the major.

Students who complete the associate of arts or sciences degree from Madison College will be guaranteed admission to Edgewood College when students transfer directly to Edgewood College within 5 years of completing the associates degree. Students with a completed associates degree will have all their general education requirements met with the exception of world language, religious studies and COR. Students must meet all admissions deadlines. A maximum of 64 credits of college transfer courses with a final grade of C-, or CD, or higher will be considered for transfer. Students may complete the world language and religious studies requirements at Madison College with the proper course selection. UW Whitewater

Details
Transfer credit will be awarded at UW W for coursework on this articulation agreement upon successful completion of an AAS degree in an approved criminal justice program provided that a grade of 'C' or better is earned. Students must seek a bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree in criminology with an emphasis in Law Enforcement and Investigation. Students may be eligible to transfer up to 72 credits. Intro to Diversity Studies 809172 is strongly encouraged. 18 Credits from the AAS will be assigned in a block equivalency to the degree at UWW. Students must meet admission and degree requirements at UW W.

Students who complete the early childhood education program at Madison College may have up to 39 credits awarded toward the BSE - Early Childhood Education if they started their AAS after August 2006, are admitted to UW W and are admitted to the Early Childhood Education Program. The 39 credits will be assigned in a block equivalency and via individual course by course equivalencies. Students may transfer a maximum of 30 general education credits and a total maximum credit amount of 72 credits from a Wisconsin Technical College School.

Students may transfer in a maximum of 72 credits and must meet the UWM‘s general education requirements and any additional Level 1 requirements for the School of Architecture and Urban Planning (SARUP). Completion of Level 1 SARUP requirements does not guarantee admission to the Level 2 program of study. Admission to Level 2 also requires a minimum GPA of 2.75 in both the overall college record and required Level 1 course.

Students participating in this agreement will complete 3.5 years of baccalaureate work at UWP and in the spring of their 3rd of 4th year may begin the Madison College Biotechnology Intensive post-baccalaureate certificate provided they have met the pre-requisite requirements. Successfully completed coursework will transfer to UPW and count as credit toward the undergraduate degree granted by UWP.
Liberal Arts Transfer
Details
Madison College students who have completed an associate of arts or associate of science degree on or after May 7, 2003, will be accepted into he bachelor of arts or bachelor of science degree programs at UW Platteville provided they have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 on transferable courses. Some majors at UW P may be subject to enrollment caps or higher minimum GPA requirements.

Students may elect to start the 2 + 2 agreement at either Madison College or UWP but must meet the admission requirements in place at the time of application. Students who complete the Madison College veterinary technician associate of applied science degree and then transfer to UW Platteville will be eligible to transfer in general education courses as articulated and up to 36 credits of program courses. The 36 credits of program courses will be applied to the veterinary technician emphasis area within the animal science major.

This articulation agreement applies to graduates of the WTCS system-wide Associate Degree Nursing program from May 1996 and after. Liberal Arts Transfer
Details
Students who complete a liberal arts associate of science or arts degree will be eligible to have up to 60 credits transfer to Ripon. Beginning fall 2018-19 transfer students will be required to enroll into a transfer seminar course as well as the problem-solving seminar required by all Ripon juniors. Students who do not have at least college algebra should contact Ripon College about math placement. Transfer scholarships are available eligible students.

Silver Lake College of the Holy Family

Details
Silver Lake College guarantees admission to students who have successfully completed an associate degree in nursing from one of the Wisconsin Technical College System schools. All qualified students must have at least a 2.0 GPA to be admitted. In addition, 70 semester hours of transfer credit will be applied toward the bachelor of science nursing degree. Only courses passed with a 'C' or better will be accepted for transfer credit.

Upper Iowa University
