Build your core strength. Each week you will have access to a 45 minute video that includes one minute floor exercises based on principles of Pilates, yoga and general core fitness. All levels welcome and you can use the video as often as you like based on your own schedule.

Do you have tight muscles? Stiff joints? Then this is the class for you! Each weekly video will focus on yoga moves that help stretch tight muscles and Yin Yoga poses that will help break up stiffness in the joints. Suitable for all levels!

Who says exercise isn’t fun? Dance with an experienced fitness instructor right at home. Each week you'll have access to a 45-min video routine that includes fun dance routines to Latin, Pop and other international rhythms. Use the video as often as you like throughout the week! Connect with your instructor to discuss any questions you might have or modifications you might need along the way.

Mental Health First Aid
Enroll at least 1 week prior to start. Students must complete self-paced modules sent prior to first, live training date. All course hours must be completed to receive certification.
