The Facilities Management certificate from Madison College will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge to enter the fast-paced and growing facility management career track. Madison College's Facilities Management certificate was developed by the International Facility Management Association-Madison NewSchool team to address the urgent need for trained facility managers.
Courses from both the Madison College School of Business and Applied Arts and the School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology comprise a comprehensive cross-competency one-semester certificate.
Once you complete the Facilities Management certificate from Madison College, you will have foundational knowledge in project management, safety, maintenance, and building management including energy efficiency. This is an ideal program of study for the current or aspiring facility management professional.

There are no admission requirements for this certificate. Simply submit your application by the deadline for each term.
International students who wish to apply for, maintain, or transfer their F-1 student visa status to Madison College are required to complete the International Admission Process.Spring Application Dates

Additional Notes
- Certificate programs are not eligible for financial aid
- Class capacity is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis
- Students who have already completed the certificate coursework at the time of application will receive the certificate diploma at the end of the term of application
