Recruitment Options
Career Fairs: Meet Our Students Face-to-Face
We host Career Fairs twice a year—usually in October and again in February. These events attract hundreds of students, feature 40 employers and offer recruiters the perfect opportunity to meet with top talent.
Many departments hold their own program-specific fairs to cater to your specialized hiring needs.

Recruitment Tables: Your Own Personal Job Fair
Recruitment tables are positioned in a high-traffic area, allowing you to engage with students and promote your organization. We also help drive traffic to your table by promoting your event across the college.
Virtual Recruitment Sessions: Connect Online
Can’t make it to campus? Host a Virtual Recruitment Session for our students or all college students you’re connected with!
These online events, using your preferred platform (Teams, Zoom, etc.), allow you to connect with our students, as well as students from other colleges and universities.
You can hold up to two Virtual Recruitment Sessions per semester, and there are no date or time restrictions—including evenings and weekends.
Internships: Develop Talent with Hands-On Experience
Internships are a win-win for employers and students. They provide a valuable opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, while allowing employers to evaluate potential hires in a real-world setting.
You can post your internship opportunities on Handshake, or we can help you establish an internship program at your organization.
Once your internships are posted on Handshake, we will promote your opportunities in our weekly internship newsletter, which goes to over 80 faculty and advisors across the college.
