  • Test Scores

When do I get my scores?

Taking the text in person means you get scores immediately upon test completion.

How are my test scores submitted to my apprenticeship?

    You have two options:

Submit test scores on your own

Agencies such as ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) or individual Apprenticeships will allow you to submit your own scores. Before leaving the Testing Center on your exam day, ask the proctor for extra copies of your score report.

    Submit scores through Madison College

Complete and submit the Madison College test score request form.

After my test day, how can I get extra copies of my ACCUPLACER test scores?

You have two options for obtaining your test scores past your exam day.

Complete and submit the Madison College test score request form or find your scores through the ACCUPLACER student portal.

  • Take the Test Online

Prefer to take your test online? What to know:

    • Online ACCUPLACER exams through Examity will be available 4/3/24 through 5/22/24.
    • There is an additional $10.00 fee for testing online.
    • It may take up to 5 business days to get your test scores. If you need to apply to your apprenticeship or register for classes sooner than that, schedule an in-person session for immediate score availability!

    Getting started with online testing

    1. Request an online “Course Placement” (ACCUPLACER) test session in RegisterBlast and pay the test fee using a credit/debit card.
    2. Within two business days, you will receive an email from ACCUPLACER with your test voucher code and helpful links.
    3. Create your student profile on the Examity website.
    4. Once your profile is verified by Examity, you may log in and take your ACCUPLACER exam.

After you have completed your online test:

    1. Your test session is reviewed by both Examity and Madison College Testing Center staff. If you violate any testing rules (not showing valid ID, cheating, etc.) tests scores will be invalidated and will not be released.
    2. View your validated scores through MyMadisonCollege - Academic Records -  Placement Scores
    3. If applying to an Apprenticeship program through ABC or one of the unions, scores can be sent by the Testing Center. To make this request, submit the Test Score Request Form
    4. If registering for Madison College courses, attend an Advising and Registration session and use the Self-Advising Tool to select your courses. Email Academic Advising, Enrollment Services, or your assigned advisor for assistance .
