Women who have had at least 24 continuous months of no education as an adult and find it necessary to go back to school can apply for the PCE. Applicants must be enrolled in a program and be within 18 months of program completion, be need-based, and not have a Masters or Doctorate. This grant can be used for tuition, daycare while studying, transportation, uniforms, etc.
