Theater thrives at Madison College
Auditions are open to the entire college and the Madison community. Students act and learn alongside local actors with industry connections.
Students and local theatre professionals create high-quality technical productions.
We do one full production each semester along with workshops and staged readings along the way.
Performance Locations
Mitby Theater
We have a contemporary, state-of-the-art performance venue right on campus. With 975 seats in a continental seating style, the theater presents an excellent performance environment while comfortably holding a large audience.

Studio Theater
We have a black box style theater on the second floor at Truax behind the Mitby Theater. Located in room A2031, the Studio Theater provides a more intimate performance experience.
