Earn College Credit with CLEP (College Level Examination Program) Testing

Take a CLEP exam and demonstrate what you already know. Then get college credit.

Madison College is now a DANTES Funded Testing Center. Military and qualifying family members can take the CLEP test free of charge.

Schedule Your Exam

Step 1: Register with CLEP

  • Go to the CLEP website to register for an exam.
  • Select your test and add it to your cart.
  • Add study guides if you wish.
  • Checkout to get your testing ticket.
  • Your CLEP ticket is valid for 6 months. 

Step 2: Schedule a proctor time with Madison College

  • Reserve a testing seat at our Goodman South campus in Madison.
  • Be sure to select the correct CLEP test when you register. 
  • There is a $33.50 proctoring fee for the exam, due when you reserve your seat.
  • On the day of your exam, bring your testing ticket and a valid photo ID.
