Chef Series: expressing creativity through food

Madison College's Chef Series is off and running.

Chef Graham Elliot - known for being on a judge on the national TV cooking shows MasterChef, MasterChef Junior and Top Chef, talks to host Kyle Cherek about "expressing creativity through food". 

“Food to me, in one word, is creativity or expression," said Chef Elliot. "It’s simply, this is who I am at this point in time, and this is what I want to cook for you.”
