Madison College was nominated and recognized for the Equity Award (Central Region) from the Association of Community College Trustees Association.
The organization, dedicated to community college leaders and trustees, presented regional and national awards during the 2021 ACCT Leadership Congress on Oct. 15.
“I’m honored Madison College has earned this recognition,” said President Jack Daniels. “This is a testimony to the work we’ve begun as a whole and I would like to both congratulate and thank faculty, staff and managers for your efforts to help us to further our equity and inclusion goals.”
ACCT awards recognize outstanding community college trustees, equity programs, chief executive officers, faculty members and professional board staff members from throughout the nation.
