Pre-Nursing Completion Paramedic to ADN

Students interested in completing the Paramedic to ADN program at Madison College must start by applying for admission to the program. Qualified applicants will be admitted in a pre-program status and should review the Start of Semester Checklist to guide you through your next steps in preparing for your first day of classes at Madison College.

After being admitted in a pre-program status, students are then selected for entry into core program courses through the Petition Process.

Applicants are responsible for submitting official high school transcripts, college transcripts, or test scores that show completion of the below requirements. Learn how to submit prior coursework that may transfer in and satisfy petition requirements. Coursework must be completed or in-progress before you can begin the petition process. See our Transcript page for information on submitting transcripts. View our Testing Services page for information on completing a test for admissions.

Admission and petition requirements are subject to change; please review the requirements prior to submitting your application or petition.

The information below reflects the basic requirements and courses offered at Madison College.

Current and newly admitted pre-program students, go directly to your Degree Progress Report to view:

  • Progress toward your specific requirements
  • Alternative (in lieu of) test scores and courses to meet specific requirements

This program is currently on hold and will not be petitioning for the academic year 2024-2025 while the curriculum undergoes revision.

Students may continue working on pre-requisite coursework in preparation for taking the four Paramedic to ADN bridge courses when next offered at Madison College.
