Bizarre Foods chef entertains sold out crowd at Madison College
Bamboo rat. Cane toad. Coral worms.
Four-time James Beard Award-winning chef Andrew Zimmern is known for eating some crazy things on his Bizarre Foods TV show. But the food he served during a recent visit to Madison College was much more delicious.
Zimmern entertained a sold out crowd of more than 110 people with his Thai Hot and Sour Coconut Chicken Soup and Chicken and Thai Basil Stir Fry recipes.
The free event kicked off the college's 2021-22 Chef Series and raised money for the River Food Pantry.
