Warmer weather is finally here and that has many of us firing up the outdoor grill. It also means it's time to cook a Wisconsin favorite - Johnsonville brats.


Madison College culinary arts alum Cole Hansen develops and tests recipes for Johnsonville. He recently talked to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about his path from childhood dream to corporate chef and shared tips on preparing the best bratwurst.
