Madison College places 35 animals in forever homes

The Madison College Veterinary Technician program tends to a wide range of animals as part of the students’ hands-on training. With the recent closure of the college to help combat the spread of COVID-19, there was an immediate need to find homes for 15 dogs and 20 cats.

An overwhelming response from the community allowed all of the animals to find homes.

The college created a pick-up system that allows for social distancing. Those adopting an animal will make arrangements to drive up and have their new pet brought to their vehicle.
