Update: Madison College manager raises $15,000 for students in need

Madison College manager Kevin Foley is cycling 170 miles to raise $10,000 for the student emergency support fund.

Madison College Academic Advancement Manager Kevin Foley recently biked more than 170 miles to raise money for the college’s student emergency support fund, which helps students with food security, housing-related costs and job loss during the coronavirus pandemic.

Kevin's goal was $10,000 - but he ended up raising $15,000.

Foley called his fundraiser the Tour de Madison College, because he stopped at each of the college’s eight campuses during his journey.

Channel 3, Channel 15 and the Reedsburg Times-Press did stories about Kevin's fundraiser.
