Agenda Item Requests
Submit a request to place items on the District Board agenda at least two weeks before the meeting. The agenda is typically finalized one week in advance of the meeting.
The Board Chair reserves the right to approve or deny any requests for agenda items, as well as when approved requests will be placed on the agenda.

Public Comments During Meetings
If you want to speak during "Public Comments" at a regularly scheduled business meeting, register at the meeting on the sign-in sheet before it starts. No individual may speak more than once about an issue or for a period longer than three minutes (subject to adjustment at the discretion of the Board Chair).
The District Board reserves the right to limit the total amount of time for hearing public comments at any given meeting.
