Overview

Madison College developed the Healthcare Receptionist diploma to help you get hired or promoted with the basic medical reception skills used in today’s modern healthcare offices. The skills you learn are also a pathway to the Medical Administrative Specialist program and many other programs at Madison College.

Please note: Healthcare employers require all applicants complete and pass a background check as a condition of employment.

Students in the Healthcare Receptionist program can attend full or part time.

Healthcare Receptionist classes may be offered at these Madison College campuses:
