The Management Trainee Technical Diploma at Madison College prepares you for supervisory management or entry-level management, enabling you to add value to a team environment, by developing foundational communication skills and an overall business perspective. It equips you to take on a lead or supervisory role by developing skills critical to getting results and building relationships. You will take courses in communication, management/supervision, general business, human resources and accounting.

The Management Trainee Diploma is on a career pathway to earn your associate degree in Business Management. Once in the Business Management program you can double major in Human Resources Management or Finance, earning another associate degree by adding one more semester of courses.

Program Details

Students in the Management Trainee program can attend full or part time. Start classes in September, October, January, March or June.
