    The Facilities Management certificate from Madison College will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge to enter the fast-paced and growing facility management career track. As building operation becomes smarter and more efficient, facility managers ensure today’s spaces live up to their new expectations through critical competencies and characteristics. 

    Madison College's Facilities Management certificate was developed by the International Facility Management Association-Madison NewSchool team to address the urgent need for trained facility managers. 

    Courses from both the Madison College School of Business and Applied Arts and the School of Applied Science, Engineering, and Technology comprise a comprehensive cross-competency one-semester certificate.

    Once you complete the Facilities Management certificate from Madison College, you will have foundational knowledge in project management, safety, maintenance, and building management including energy efficiency. This is an ideal program of study for the current or aspiring facility management professional.

    There are no admission requirements for this certificate, simply submit your application by the deadline for each term.

    International students who wish to apply for, maintain, or transfer their F-1 student visa status to Madison College are required to complete the International Admission Process.
